Our over 20 years of experience in the market of engineering ideas and works has allowed us to evolve continuously, but with solid foundations. Our foundations lie deep, beneath every work we have cured and are time-tested. Although today LIM-EM is considered as one of the most prestigious construction companies in Albania, we have known how to start from scratch, without burning any stage. We have not overlooked any experience which has made us today identify as original, reliable and innovative.

LIM-EM was founded in 1999 as a company dedicated to the production and sale of raw materials. In 2000, the passion for high quality and development led us quite naturally to expand the activity towards the realization of civil buildings and important infrastructural works throughout Albania.

After 20 years, 18 projects realized by a consolidated team of 150 professionals are built on our foundations. After all this time, we keep our eyes on the future. What we build will remain for many generations, and we are proud to be part of the development of cities in Albania !.
